You can order exhibitors' passes quite simply via the Exhibitor Center (online from July 2012).
Exhibitors' passes may only be ordered by main exhibitors (co-exhibitors must be provided with exhibitors' passes by their main exhibitor).
The Laminating of your Exhibitors' pass is not necessary, because we offer Lanyards in all entrance areas.

Generally, photographing at the New Munich Trade Fair Centre is not permitted.
For taking pictures of a trade fair stand, please obtain the permission of the exhibition management.

If you are a visitor or exhibitor of an event being held at the New Munich Trade Fair Centre or the ICM, the destination address to enter into your navigation system is "An der Point". To get to the Admininstation Building of Munich International Trade Fairs, enter the address "Willy-Brandt-Allee, 81829 München". Visitor parking is located at Gate 1.
 
Depending on which navigation system you use, the New Munich Trade Fair Centre and the ICM are listed under the categories "Exhibition Center", "Trade-fair Center" and under the German keyword "Messe".

Some navigation systems allow you to select the East, West or North Entrance to the trade-fair center.

All  necessary information on visa and travelling to Germany can be found at the navigation item visa service.

In questions regarding visas, our foreign representatives are also at your disposal; they will assist you at any time with your travel arrangements.

You may invite your customers with a printed admission voucher or with a voucher code.
 

• Guest ticket (admission voucher):
  Guest tickets offer the possibility to invite your customers personally to visit you at your stand. Each guest ticket has a number and will be imprinted with your company details by us.
  Upon presentation of a guest ticket, your customer will receive a free admission ticket. By redeeming the guest ticket online in the run-up to the fair, your customers save possible waiting times.
  

• E-guest tickets (electronic admission voucher):
  Once you have ordered your e-mail guest tickets, we will send you a file containing e-mail guest ticket numbers. You can then use them for your mail shots.
  At www.bau-muenchen.com your customers can then redeem their e-mail guest ticket number and will receive an online voucher. This voucher can then be redeemed on-site against a free admission ticket without further waiting times.

With your registration, you have already received the basic entry in the trade fair catalogue, the online database and the visitor information system. Our catalogue publishing house Neureuter will inform you in time of the possibilities for extending this entry, e.g. by booking individual product categories.

Yes, you can use the WLAN network. You only need a WLAN Connect Card which works like a prepaid card. You may purchase a WLAN Connect Card at any information counter at the fair.

For tax reasons it is unfortunately not possible to transfer invoices to a different recipient.

The advance payment for services that can be ordered is € 15 /m² of rented exhibition space.
The advance payment is offset against the actually ordered services on the final invoice, after the trade fair.

The Association of the German Trade Fair Industry(AUMA), levies from every exhibitor a charge of € 0.60 per m² of rented exhibition space. This sum is invoiced by MMG and passed on directly to AUMA.

The flat-rate fee for waste disposal during the fair, of EUR 1.50/m² of stand space plus statutory VAT, covers the disposal of waste generated by the exhibitor at his stand during the fair.
