Online request for a visa invitation letter
In order to facilitate your registration process and to provide necessary support, a copy of your request for a visa invitation letter will be automatically sent to either our subsidiary in your country or to Ms Ursula DORNA at Munich Trade Fairs.
Generally you must submit your visa application together with all necessary documents in person at the German Mission (Embassy or Consulate) responsible for your present place of residence.
To avoid time consuming requests for additional information or documentation, you should contact the German Mission (Embassy or Consulate) well in advance of your travel dates to inquire about any special local requirements.
Visa applications are generally accepted by the German Embassies and Consulates three months prior to the beginning of a trade show.
