The following prices are net prices. They are subject to statutory value-added tax.
For further information refer to the Special Terms of Participation B (in particular B1-B6)

a) Basic fee, communication: € 350

b) Participation prices (minimum stand size 20 m²) are per m² of floor space:

in the hall:

Row stand (one side open)	€ 179
Corner stand (two sides open)	€ 188
End stand (three sides open)	€ 196
Island stand (four sides open)	€ 211
on the open-air site:	€ 98

                   

c) The advance payment for services that can be ordered is € 15 /m² of rented exhibition space.
The advance payment is offset against the actually ordered services on the final invoice, after the trade fair.

d) Flat-rate fee for waste disposal during the fair
The flat-rate fee for waste disposal during the fair, of EUR 1.50/m² of stand space plus statutory VAT, covers the disposal of waste generated by the exhibitor at his stand during the fair. 

e) AUMA fee
The Ausstellungs- und Messeausschuss der Deutschen Wirtschaft e.V. (AUMA), the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry, levies from every exhibitor a charge of € 0.60 per m² of rented exhibition space. This sum is invoiced by MMG and passed on directly to AUMA.

The admission document is also the invoice for your participation price, and it contains the five positions described above. The payment deadline is provisionally in October 2012.
