Registration: First you have to complete – and sign – an application form and send it to us, so that we can take your needs into account when we plan out the exhibition space.

Placement planning starts 9 September 2011: The chances of getting what you want in terms of space are higher if you get your application to us before 9 September 2011 – that´s the date we start the first stage of planning the space in the halls. Most of the available space gets allocated during this phase.

Placement offer: Once we receive your application, we look to see if we can accommodate your request and, if we can, we then make you an offer of a space (beginning of 2012 at the earliest).
 
Admission: If you confirm acceptance of our placement offer within the deadline, you are then officially admitted as an exhibitor at BAU 2013.
